Cruises on the Seine in Paris since 1959
Vedettes du Pont Neuf invites you to discover Paris from the river that shaped it. Since 1959, our boats have set off from Square du Vert-Galant, on the tip of the Île de la Cité, in the historic heart of the city.
Our one-hour sightseeing cruise, by day or by night, features a live guide on board, commenting in French and English: monuments, bridges and stories unfold along the water, from the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower by way of Notre-Dame. A free mobile app provides the same commentary in six languages. Our human-scale panoramic boats have an open-air deck and a heated indoor lounge, so you can cruise in any season.
Beyond the sightseeing cruise, we offer afternoon-tea cruises for families, aperitif cruises at sunset, dinner cruises and much more. Our boats can also be chartered privately for a corporate event, a birthday or a wedding, and we welcome groups all year round.
For European Heritage Days 2026, Vedettes du Pont Neuf is exceptionally opening up its newest boat, the Lutécia, to the public. Visitors will be able to board a guided cruise on the Seine before exploring areas usually off-limits on a professional cruise boat: the engine room, the wheelhouse and the hold.
Two tours are on offer, before and after the 10:45am cruise, giving passengers the chance to speak with the crew and first mate about the realities of river navigation. A unique opportunity to enjoy a magical start to the day: the on-board bar opens from 10:00am (hot drinks, croissants and fruit juices, à la carte), with breathtaking views of the Louvre from the terrace. A complimentary tasting of Normandy fruit juices, provided by Le Coq Toqué, will also be offered during the cruise.
Access to the technical areas is included with the cruise ticket, subject to availability. Trousers and closed-toe shoes are required to move through the ship's technical zones.

Since 21 May 2026, artist JR has taken over the Pont Neuf with a spectacular installation: 120 metres long, 18 metres high — a monumental work that drapes the bridge's arches in a dizzying trompe-l'œil, transforming Paris's most iconic bridge into a mysterious cave. So… what is the best spot to take it all in? From the riverbanks, you only catch a glimpse. From our boats, you see it in full, at Seine level, at the perfect distance — exactly as JR intended.
